Cancellation Policy

ALL Spray Tan appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled must be done 24 hours before your appointment time. 

Same day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge of the scheduled service. 

Same day rescheduling require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service. 

Package holders & Members- Same day cancellations/reschedules will result in forfeit of one spray tan session in your package/membership. 

Any client that does not show up to their appointment, "no show", will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. 

If your rescheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled again, you forfeit your non-refundable deposit & 50% of the rescheduled service is due AGAIN. 

Teeth Whitening appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit is received, the appointment is confirmed and may not be canceled or rescheduled under any circumstances. Should you choose to reschedule, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
